Dr. NaTasha Jordan is an organizational psychologist, executive advisor, and founder of Hold The Line, a leadership practice for high-performing women who are operating at the top and paying for it underneath. She is a US Air Force veteran and former Vice President at VaynerX, where she advised inside one of the top global marketing agencies serving 7-figure entrepreneurs to Fortune 50 brands. Her career has spanned military leadership, academia, and corporate boardrooms, and in every system she has studied, she has found the same pattern: the most capable leader in the room is usually the one the room cannot function without. That is not a compliment. It is a constraint. And it is the reason the business, the team, or the career hits a ceiling that no strategy, hire, or capital can fix. Dr. NaTasha works with high-performing women, both founders and corporate executives at the intersection where personal performance and business performance are the same problem. Her clients have walked away from bad M&A deals that would have cost them their teams, rebuilt organizations that were scaling past them, and transformed how they lead in ways that directly increased revenue, retention, and operational independence. Her methodology, Hold The Line, is built on one premise the market has not yet caught up to: freeing the woman at the center of the business is not a wellness initiative. It is the highest-leverage business strategy available. The business cannot outgrow the psychology of the woman running it. When she gets free, everything scales. Dr. NaTasha has keynoted for Jasmine Star's mastermind, been featured on Amy Porterfield's podcast, and advises founders and Fortune 500 executives under full discretion. She speaks on leadership, sustainable performance, and the behavioral science of what it actually takes to hold the line, not just at work, but across every domain of a leader's life.
